Tata Aria to be available next month!
Tata Aria, the first Indian crossover vehicle would be commercially launched on October 11, 2010 in India and will be made available across all major cities and towns of the country.
Tata Aria was first showcased as a concept vehicle at the 75th Geneva Motor Show in 2005 and at the Auto Expo 2006; the Tata Aria was unveiled at the New Delhi Auto Expo in January 2010.
With Aria, Tata Motors is trying to bring together the luxury and finesse of a sedan and the muscle of an SUV into one package and it is expected to be a hit with Indian urban consumer, looking for a powerful, large and attractive vehicle, which spends most of its time around town or on the highways.
While there is no word yet on the pricing, however, Tata Aria is expected to be priced quite attractively to lure customers to this relatively underdeveloped niche in India.
