Nissan 370Z launched in India

Nissan Motor India has launched its sports car, 370Z in India.

Nissan 370Z would now be available in India in two variants; automatic and manual transmission and is priced at Rs. 53.5 and Rs. 54.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.

Speaking at the launch Mr. Kiminobu Tokuyama, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd’s MD and CEO, said, “Nissan is here to fulfill the diverse motoring needs of Indian customers. The car enables discerning performance car enthusiasts in the country to live fast with its breath-taking performance, cutting-edge technology and seductive design and at a very attractive price.”

Nissan 370Z is powered by a V6 3.7liter engine, which produces 332bhp @ 7000rpm and generates 363Nm of torque at 5200rpm. While the manual (370Z MT) variant comes with 6-speed manual transmission and Synchro Rev Control, 370Z AT (automatic transmission) comes with a 7-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode.

At the launch of Nissan 370Z, Nissan Motor India also said that it is bullish about the Indian Auto Market and its presence here and is planning to launch 9 new models in the next couple of years.
