CNG prices to go up in Delhi, again!
In what is surely to be a bad news for Delhiites, CNG prices in Delhi are expected to go up once again, this announcement has come 5 day after the last increase in price of CNG (CNG prices go up by 50 paisa in Delhi)!
According to Indraprastha Gas Ltd (sole supplier of CNG in Delhi), the price rise is mainly on the account of recent increase in VAT on CNG in Delhi, which was recently increased by the Delhi Government by 5% and also due to increase in operational cost.
The price hike in CNG would be applicable from the 1st of April and will see the price of CNG going up from Rs. 21.70 to Rs. 22.80, an increase of Rs. 1.10 per kg.
